BIOGRAPHIE

Nicolas Cuntz has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2007. He also worked at the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) in the Issuers’ and Legal Affairs Departments. He also teaches at Sciences Po Paris on financial markets and stock market litigation.

Nicolas Cuntz advises his clients mainly on public offerings, stock market battles and fund-raising involving listed companies (regulated market and Euronext Growth). He has extensive experience in stock market operations and strong recognized expertise in stock market regulation and litigation. He also advises companies and their shareholders in their IPO projects. His areas of expertise also cover litigation related to decisions of the AMF concerning tender offers and sanction procedures. He also participates in investigations and controls of financial market professionals conducted by supervisory authorities.

He also supports regulated professionals in obtaining the necessary approvals for the development of their activities and intervenes in disputes about the distribution of financial products.
